I have been working at Lodge Group since 2015. These years have given me a lot of experience and knowledge working with learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and autism (in adults and children). Over this time, I have taken further training in Autism Awareness, First Aid, Manual Handling, Epilepsy, Medication, Safeguarding children and adults.

I graduated with a BTEC Level 3 in Health and Social Care and have studied BTEC Level 5 in Leadership and Management, which has enabled me to gain admission into a university to further my ability to gain more knowledge on Social Work.

I find working in Health and Social Care sector satisfying and am passionate about changing the future and making a better life for young adults and children.
