Alina joined Lodge Group Care as a Care Coordinator for Cameron House and went on to become its Registered Manager. She holds a comprehensive set of qualifications, including a Bachelor’s in Social Work, an NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care and a Postgraduate in Autism and Asperger Syndrome. Alina has also completed a Level 3 Award in Education and Training. She is also registered with Social Work England and has a wealth of experience in residential care.
